With extensive experience in both the Interior design and Holiday Home and Lodge industry, Lux 4 lodges, provide more than average dress kit for your sales units. We provide ‘Sales Inventories’.

We refer to them as Sales Inventories because they consist of more upmarket items which visually enhance, and aide the sale of your luxury units. They can be used as a closing tool to help walk the customer into signing an invoice.

First impressions are everything. Designed to impress, the sales inventory is selected by qualified interior designers to be functional and fit for purpose within the lodge. They are items that your ‘New Potential Owners’ and ‘Part Exchange Owners’ will want to keep.

The inventory is aimed to be sold within price of the unit. Providing your new owners useful items to start their Holiday Home experience.

The Benefits of Our Inventories

The benefits of a sales inventory are:

  • No more moving dress kits from sales unit to sales unit. making several trips.
  • No more lost items. Therefore, reducing the embarrassments of a partly set table or mismatched items. The impressions of the sales units to a customer can represent how you look after your park.

  • If your park is located an hour from Skipton. We can provide a personal service; the inventory will be placed within the unit by one of the Lux for Lodges team.

  • If your park is further afield. We will deliver. Images will be sent, to make the positioning of inventory items easy for staff.
  • The cost of the inventory is added to the stock card of the unit and costed accordingly.
  • Selling the inventory with the unit, prevents immediate disappointment from your new or current owners, by entering a bare unit on handover.

How We Work

  • Email the make and model of your stock 3 weeks in advance.
  • We work directly with you; the inventory will be designed for the specific model. An items list and Proforma Invoice will be sent to you. Currently they retail between £450 – £800 + vat, designed to be competitive within the market. (additional charge will be itemised mileage or delivery)
  • Once payment is transferred the items will be prepared for delivery on your chosen date.
